Yes, all of our craftsmanship has a standard 1 year warranty. Appliances will have their own 3rd party warranty. For customers located far away, we’ll find a local contractor and source any repairs for you.

Timeline will vary based on design, approval process, and our current production pipeline. Once your contract is signed and your first deposit is paid it typically takes 1-2 months before we start construction. During that time we finalize design, material selection, etc. Once we start building, the lead time is typically 3 months to completion, give or take a few weeks.

We will deliver anywhere in the US, including Hawaii. Rates vary by location. Homes will usually be delivered from our headquarters in Nashville, TN. We are working to expand production in order to cut down on shipping to coastal parts of the United States.

  • Tiny Houses added to a property with an existing structure are considered DADUs (Detached Accessory Dwelling Units).

  • In short, you can put a tiny house on any properties that are zoned R80-R6, RM2-RM20-A, RM40-RM100A, OR20-OR40A and ORI and ORI-A; AND in an historic overlay are eligible

  • HERE and HERE are links to pages with DADU information and zoning codes for Nashville.

  • HERE is a Metro Nashville map that will show the zoning for your property. Just punch in your address and refer to the above lists to know if your property is eligible.

If you are interested in financing your New Frontier Tiny House, we recommend a couple of options. It is difficult to get loans for tiny houses. We do NOT offer in house financing, nor do we offer personalized financing advice.

We recommend starting with your personal local banking relationships – go to local banks first and apply for a personal loan or construction loan. 

Here are options that have worked for customers in the past:

  • LightStream: a division of SunTrust Bank, and Tiny House Lenders to help you get access to the funds you need.

  • SoFi: offers personal loans, one customer has found success here.

  • Prosper: offers personal loans

We can make our houses RVIA certified (ANSI approved). Even with RVIA Certification, RV loans can be difficult to acquire for tiny homes on wheels. Remember to get creative, and seek out all options–you can patch together multiple sources for your financing.
